Where is the Altum on University?
We’re only a cross-walk away. Located at 620 University Avenue, 7th floor, Princess Margaret Cancer Centre.
Live outside of Toronto? We have clinics at 12 sites in the GTA and beyond.
Altum Health has clinics in 12 locations: Ajax, Barrie, Brampton, Cambridge, Hamilton (2), Mississauga, Oakville, Oshawa, Scarborough, Toronto, and Vaughan.
We accept appointment requests from UHN staff at all clinic locations. Visit the booking tool on our public website to request an appointment based on the location that’s most convenient.

Altum Health is a regional network of health care clinics, operating for over 30 years through highly experienced and trained health care professionals. We specialize in the treatment of physical injury, concussion, and mental health. Altum Health annually contributes revenue back into UHN to fund operations, critical infrastructure projects, and research.
