Shiran Isaacksz leads newly expanded clinical care portfolio to support strategic vision at University Health Network (UHN).

TORONTO, May 19, 2020 – UHN Altum Health today announced the appointment of Shiran Isaacksz as Vice President, Altum Health & Business Development. Shiran will lead all ongoing business operations and will oversee the merging of Altum Health, The International Program, and UHN Connected Care into a single portfolio.

As Vice President, Shiran will collaborate closely with medical leaders, management, and dedicated teams across all programs, leveraging his extensive prior experience in leadership roles to support the strategic plan and drive better care experiences.

To support this work, we are integrating Altum Health, The International Program, and UHN Connected Care (Integrated Care and Regional/Provincial delivery) into a single portfolio. He has a track record of bringing teams together and through strong partnerships has established innovative and sustainable programs to drive better care experiences.

Shiran has been with UHN for over 18 years and has held many roles, including Director of Information Management for Toronto Rehabilitation Institute, Senior Director for Toronto Central CCAC (SIMS Partnership), and Senior Director for UHN Connected Care. He holds Bachelors’ Degrees in both Science and Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Health Administration. He holds a teaching appointment at University of Toronto’s Institute for Health Policy, Management and Evaluation and is the current President and Board Chair for Digital Health Canada.
