UHN Altum Health Opens New Clinic in Hamilton
October 5th, 2022 – UHN Altum Health announces today the opening of their newest clinic in the city of Hamilton. Official ribbon cutting took place earlier this morning with members of Altum Health’s senior leadership team and the clinical staff present.
Altum Health operates as a health care & rehabilitation facility for residents of the Hamilton region, providing assessment and treatment services for a range of problems including musculoskeletal injuries like sprains and strains as well as concussions.
Altum Health also specializes in return to work services and other programs designed to help injured people get back to their normal activities. Altum Health is a part of the University Health Network (UHN), ranked one of the World’s Best Hospitals by Newsweek.
The opening of the newest location at 910 Queenston Road marks seven years of service for Altum Health in the Hamilton community, having moved from a previous location on Centennial Parkway. Altum Health also has a location at 688 Queensdale Avenue East that will continue to operate.
“Our mission statement is that every individual, whether clients or patients, get timely access to the right diagnosis, to the right provider, and get care at the right time,” said Dr. Rajiv Gandhi, Altum’s Program Medical Director.

The new Altum Health location in Hamilton joins the list of bricks & mortar clinics in southern Ontario: Ajax, Barrie, Brampton, Cambridge, Mississauga, Oakville, Oshawa, Scarborough, Toronto, and Vaughan.
