Training and Development
Altum Health provides inspiring and valuable training for every employee in every position.
We provide workshops and training to enhance leadership, communication, clinical and other role specific skills – everyone has an opportunity for continuous learning. We mentor and are mentored, allowing both mentees and mentors to benefit.
Everyone is given a variety of learning and development opportunities including in person, online, webinar. Each staff member is responsible for creating a development plan they follow while on our team.

It is a core value of ours to invest in the development of all our staff. Ensuring our staff members are always learning helps us lead our industry. We offer job required and job enrichment opportunities which may include paid days and fees paid. Our clinicians can also access funding through the Allied Health Education Fund. We host internally and externally lead in services, workshops and conferences in the areas of musculoskeletal rehab, concussion and mental health. We link with industry experts to provide not only Altum staff with learning opportunities but also the broader community of health care professionals because we believe in the power of knowledge sharing! We encourage our staff to also present at conference.
